- No alcohol, tobacco, vapes or energy drinks — this is a youth event.
- Food vendors must hold a valid FDA / health permit.
- Set-up from 10:00 AM on event day; booths must be ready by gates open.
- Fees are non-refundable after approval.
- All vendors must display official vendor pass at all times.
